Allah ordered the Muslims to wage Jihad against the Pagans. People say: Pagans are also humans. They are also Allah's creature. Then why is the order to kill them? Pagans also do good deeds. They help the poor and do other duties of welfare. Then why is permission and dictate to wage Jihad against them?
People say that all humans are equal. Then why fight? Everyone should be given the right to do what he likes. These are a few questions to which the Surah Muhammad ( SAW ) answers in detail. It tells the Muslims the precept of Jihad in more than twelve ways. That's why; this Surah is called "Al-Qital also. This Suran is in the twenty-sixth Para of the Nobel Quran and comprises thirty-eight verses. If a Muslim recites this Surah minutely, he can easily understand the issue of Jihad and can avoid a number of atheistic and transpositional sects. The answer of every "Denier of Jihad" from Waheed-ud-Din Khan and Javed Ghaamidy is present in detail in the Surah. So much so, Imaam Raazi has also raised the issue of "Human Rights" in the explanation of this Surah and has clarified in the light of the verses of Surah Muhammad ( SAW ) that the biggest crime of the world is "Infidelity and Polytheism." As Pagans and Polytheists are enemies to "Human Nature", they are deprived of many rights. People slaughter the animals daily. They are also living beings and they also have blood in them. The governments award death sentences to their culprits. Those culprits are also humans. There are also souls in their bodies. "Surah Muhammad ( SAW )" tells us that if Jihad is not waged against the Pagans, the earth will be littered with oppression, disruption and bloodshed. Satan will be worshipped everywhere. Every sin will run rampant in society and people will begin to rush to the hell very speedily." Hence, O Muslims, break the power of the Pagans through Jihad so that Infidelity, hypocrisy and sins may not spread and humans may not fall into hell. "Surah Muhammad ( SAW )" tells us that the Pagans are traitors to Allah and enemies of Islam. If they are let loose, they will spread sin and infidelity in the world. "Surah Muhammad ( SAW )" tells us that after the revelation of Hazrat Muhammad SAW success and absolution lie only in Din. Hence, only that person will succeed who obeys Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) and the door of the absolution of sins is always open for him. The man who does not obey Hazrat Muhammad (SAW), will fail so much so his deeds that apparently look good will not be accepted. Hence, all the good deeds of the Pagans will be ruined and all the sins of the Muslims will be absolved. This is the vital topic of the Surah Muhammad (SAW). In it, there is comparison between Infidelity and Islam that Infidelity is the accursed and most hated thing and Islam is the dearest to Allah. Let us understand two points one by one and in the end, "A Gift of Knowledge" will be offered by the grace of Allah.
Which Emaan Is Reliable?
Surah Muhammad (SAW) pronounces that all the previous Sharias and Dins have been nullified after the revelation of Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) . Now, only that Din and Emaan are reliable that will be through the agency of Holy Prophet (SAW). Hence, the one who does not obey him (SAW) is Pagan and Allah will thrown all the deeds of the Pagans to wall however good they are. Please note verse number one to three.
The Pagan Is Unsuccessful In Both the Worlds
Surah Muhammad (SAW) tells us in detail that Polytheism and Infidelity are the biggest enemies. The Pagan will be thrown into the hell. The Pagan is unsuccessful in both the worlds. Infidelity is very harmful to the world. Actually, only that Muslim can wage Jihad whose heart is filled with Emaan and love for Islam, its greatness and its need and who has nourished hatred and aversion against Infidelity. Moreover, he may be believing that Infidelity is the root cause of every evil whereas Islam is the basis of every success. Therefore, if the Pagans are allowed to gain power, it will be a great cause of devastation of humanity. Hence, sympathy with humanity demands us to wage Jihad against the Pagans to weaken them. The venerable Sahaaba(RA) grasped this point whereas we are unable to do so.

Persuasion to Jihad in Twelve Ways
It has already been said that one name of this Surah is Surah Al-Qital also. The Muslims have been persuaded to Jihad in different ways: Sometimes by urging and encouraging them and sometimes by making them disinterested in the world; sometimes by creating beautiful scenes of Paradise and sometimes by frightening them of hell and hypocrisy. In short, we can say that the Muslims have been persuaded to Jihad in this Surah through twelve ways and they have been invited to this duty this:
1. By censuring Infidelity. (Verse 1 and many others)

11. By describing the fondness for Jihad of the venerable Sahaaba (RA). (Verse 20)
12. By telling that hatred against Jihad is the mark of hypocrisy. (Verse 20 and many others)
(These are the twelve styles of persuading to Jihad whereas some styles of persuading to Jihad are mentioned in other Surahs. For example, persuading to Jihad by mentioning the oppressed Muslims etc)
